Jeff Massey’s practice centers on complex intellectual property litigation, licensing and counseling, including the representation of technology companies, entrepreneurs, inventors and innovators. Mr. Massey has experience that covers a wide array of patent, trademark and trade-secret litigation matters.

Mr. Massey has more than a dozen years of experience advocating for and counseling businesses and individuals in multiple venues, including trials in numerous state courts, federal district courts, and federal administrative law venues. Mr. Massey has a passion for representing small start-up businesses, but also has extensive experience representing and advocating for large corporations as well.

Mr. Massey has previous experience at a large litigation firm, and has significant trial and managerial experience. Mr. Massey has worked with numerous technology start-ups, and is a cofounder of a construction industry technology provider. His service on the boards of several businesses and frequent work with start-ups has afforded him a unique view of the challenges associated with developing and protecting intellectual property, and his service has affected his approach to advocating for and prosecuting these cases.
